Working within West London area and most of London within M25 and outskirts.

  • For just £45 per month, you'll always have up to 90 minutes of expert remote IT support on standby.

  • Need more time? Additional hours are available at £45/hour.

  • Unused hours do not roll over-so you're encouraged to make the most of your support time each month.

Simple Terms & Conditions

Scope of Services:

​

  • Remote support only (via phone, email, or secure remote access software).

  • Covers Apple Mac and Windows PC devices.

  • Excludes on-site visits, hardware repairs, third-party software costs, or issues caused by misuse/unauthorized changes.

Hours & Availability

  • Includes 90 minutes of remote support per calendar month.

  • Support available during business hours: Mon-Fri, 9am 5pm].

  • Additional hours charged at £45/hour, billed separately.

Payment

  • Monthly fee: £45, payable in advance on the [day] of each month.

  • No refunds for unused hours. Hours do not carry forward.

Term & Cancellation

  • Agreement runs month-to-month.

  • Either party may cancel with 28 days' written notice.

Liability

• Best efforts will be made to resolve issues remotely. • Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
